Betty Henry
Because of their love of cooking and serving others, Betty and her best friend Georgia Johnson began catering in the late 1980s. Over the last 35+ years Betty has been at the helm as the business grew from a small operation in a basement kitchen to one of the largest caterers in Knoxville.
Austin Henry
Growing up as Betty's son, Austin began catering and cooking at a young age. In 2006 when Henry's Deli was opened he came to work full time and has been in the position ever since.
Lauren Click
Lauren came to work at the deli with her special ed class at Gibbs High. Upon graduation she came in and asked for a job. Almost 15 years later she is our longest tenured deli employee. She takes care of stocking our chips, drinks, and paper towels. You can also regularly catch her giving the rest of us a hard time.
